This blurry photo of the author is one of the few known cases where Nowen's face was nearly captured on film. On closer inspection, he appears to be wearing a fake beard and hat to disguise his identity. 

He was last seen evading autograph-seekers in the upper foothills of the Andes Mountains. But whether diving off the coast of Africa or spelunking the Mammoth Caves in Kentucky, Nowen knows where he'll turn up next.
